1. Introduction & Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how International Construction Consortium (Pvt) Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the ICC HR Connect mobile application.

Public Access & Distribution: While ICC HR Connect is hosted on the Google Play Store to facilitate distribution to our distributed workforce, it is an enterprise-level application. It is intended exclusively for the internal use of authorized employees. No features or services are offered to the general public.

2. Access Control & Data Gating

• No Public Registration: The app does not provide a self-registration or "Sign Up" feature for the general public.
• Authorized Access Only: Accounts are provisioned internally by our IT Department. Personal data collection only begins after an authorized user successfully authenticates with their corporate credentials.
• Unauthorized Use: If you are not an authorized employee, no personal data is collected or stored beyond the login screen.

3. Information We Collect

To provide the intended functionality of the internal portal, we collect the following information:

• Personal Identification: Full Name, email address, and mobile number.
• Device Information: Device model, Unique Device ID (for notification routing), and Operating System version.
• Storage Access: The app requires permission to access device storage to store cached data and allow users to download or upload official app-related documents.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Processing

We do not sell your personal data. We use specific third-party SDKs to ensure app stability and communication. These providers process data according to their own policies:

• Google Play Services: Required for core Android platform functionality.
• Firebase (Cloud Messaging & Core): Used to deliver push notifications and connect the app to our secure backend.
• YouTube iFrame Player: Used to display internal video content. YouTube may collect playback data as per Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts: Used for typography. Your IP address may be shared with Google to fetch font files.

5. How We Use Your Information

Data is used strictly for internal business purposes, including:

• Identity verification and access control.
• Communicating vital company updates via Push Notifications.
• Ensuring the security and integrity of company data.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Retention: We retain your personal data only for the duration of your active employment or as required by local labor laws.
• Account Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their account and associated data by contacting the IT Department. Upon termination of employment, data is purged from active databases in accordance with our corporate data retention policy.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect corporate and personal data. Employees are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials to prevent unauthorized access.

8. International Data Transfers

By using the app, you acknowledge that your data may be processed on servers located outside of your home country (facilitated by our cloud service providers, Google/Firebase).

9. Children's Privacy

ICC HR Connect is designed for professional use by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals under the age of 13.
